ABOUT

hi, friend. i'm claire

i’ve always loved traveling and seriously considered taking a gap year between high school and college to backpack the world, but i ended up opting for a trade school to pursue my passion for fashion instead. while that didn’t happen, i have had many adventures over the years.

in 2019, i lived in a converted 2006 Chevy Express van for six months and traveled all over the US and some of Canada. during my time in the mountains of Alberta, i had a radical encounter with God that shifted the trajectory of my life. i started a deep soul journey of spiritual work, where i focused on healing from past trauma and bettering myself as a person.

in 2021, i converted my jeep grand cherokee into a (somewhat) liveable space, and wandered the PNW for two months.

i lived like a hippie, bathing in rivers + going on adventures through the woods with fellow nomads. it was on this trip that i realized how integral traveling is for my personal growth, and i started my blog that same year, with the hope of inspiring others to take their own journeys, both internal and external. through it all, my love for God only grew, and i became impassioned with wanting to spread that love to everyone.

2024: i embarked on my first solo international trip, where i spent four months exploring South Korea (+ a bit of Japan).

living in a foreign country with a completely different culture grew me and expanded me in so many ways. it opened my eyes to how many possibilities there are when it comes to life, how many paths we can take, and how we canshape our reality. it was during this journey i reconnected with God after a dry season, and where i dove deeper into self-discovery than ever before. i learned what it means to be radically self-accepting.

i returned to the states with a renewed sense of purpose and vision, where i’m now sharing my stories consistently online with the desire to share God’s love + to inspire others to have their own soul + sole journeys. life is meant to be enjoyed, and i’m a firm believer that we have the power to create the change we want to see in our lives + to make the world a better place.

I invite you to join me on this journey! xx, Claire
